Well it has been a little over two years since we first built the badbonzdesigns.com Well in internet years thats a long time so it was ready for fresh new look and a better backend for all the digital artwork they have added in the last couple of years. The new site offers a cleaner interface with drop-down menus for finding an artist, while the whole site is searchable by color and make an model of what you are looking for. The best new feature is the coupons that allow them to offer discounts throughout the year with a product code. The backend is much eaiser to update and add new artwork, while we are also building the site to offer physical artwork that you can hang on the wall. So check back as we keep adding artist and artwork.

United Tax Service
United Tax Service has been located in the High Desert for over 30 years so when they moved to a new location in Apple Valley last year they needed to get a website that would help direct people to their new location as well as let people know what they do. UTS does more than just tax returns but also offers bookkeeping services and temp workers. With the UTS site we wanted to make the tax law and code easy to find and research for those doing their own taxes as well as those who would bring in their tax returns for submission. The site offers downloads of important forms to fill out, along with a calendar of dates that certain forms and payments need to be sent in. Try the site out and use the search tool it will find that word through out our website and highlight it to make it easier to find. I hope that this site will not only help you in your tax season but also bring you to a great group that could save you some money.

CFC Therapy – Chicago
Every year or so you really need to think about updating your website. But who wants to pay a web designer to completely reconfugure your site and charge you a lot of money. At AHIT Graphics and Photography we know the importance of a fresh look and new content. So we build our sites with growth and a new look in mind. CFC Therapy has grown in the last year to include new therapist and new locations. The old site was working but a new clean and calm look was in order to match the practice. You can see below pictures of the new site and the old. The new site takes the colors down a bit to create a calm and relaxed feeling. We also built in some great features that allows CFC Therapy to add book reviews with links back to Amazon and they are able to update their team with each team member having their own post. So they can update their information also. We also built in drop down menus to clean up the menu system. As time goes by most business need to add pages and with that comes a lot of links but with the drop-downs you can clean this up and group things together.

Magnaflow Gear
It has been very excitng and eventful working with the people of Magnaflow. First off it is hard to come up with something completely different and so all you can do it give it your best shot. Magnaflow contacted me about building them an online store and area to highlight the many things that they do. The fun began when I recieved the hi res images you see as the front page. There was no way we could just put these on a page and throw text around them. They needed to be the page and so I went about creating a sort of screen saver of their images. Then we worked the header and menu into the top and with very cool dropdowns, transparency and other great visuals. The art department at Magnaflow is incrediable so all the images and logos are theirs. My job was to make them look good. Check out the Lookbook for more of the model photoshoot. And yes the store is operational and taking orders so if you like something they will quickly send it out free of shipping in the USA.

DLP Designs
Dan Pollock is a local wood carving artist here in the High Desert of Southern California. But his work is worldwide. It was great working with Dan on this project, as his many creations will blow you away. From chunks of wood come some of the most natural organic furniture you can think of. To highlight his work we created as site that shows off his hard work, while also allowing him to inventory his many pieces. With three galleries carrying his art we wanted to highlight how to find a gallery near you while also allowing everyone to see his work. You can only buy through one of the select galleries he sells to, but you can contact him about having that piece delivered to a showroom near you. With several pages from magazines with his work and several movie star clients its no doubt that getting his artwork online will grow his business.

Lakeside Academy – Victorville
The owners of Lakeside Academy were in need of a new website for their growing day care business. They have grown from a preschool to now offering Kindergarden and after school programs for elementary age kids. With Lakeside Academy being right in the middle of the High Desert has made it a school of choice for many in Spring Valley Lake, Victorville and Hesperia. Lakeside is also going by opening a new location in Mission Viejo. So our job was to create a new logo and website for their company. We started with the logo and designed a logo that would capture the great experience that kids were having at Lakeside Academy. The final logo was the castle made of sand. Kids love to play in sand and the safety they feel being in a castle. So then we went to work creating two sites one for Victorville and the other for Mission Viejo. Because Mission Viejo is still in remodeling stage we set this up for them to give information about their Academy and allow people to enroll. For the Victorville location we set up the site with all the information that school has to offer. With galleries and newsletters for parents that are password protected for parents only. And we have a list of the many programs they have to offer along with a virtual tour of their campus. If you need day care for after school programs give them a call.

High Desert MMA
A good website is only as good as the business or event it is showing off. The case with High Desert MMA is that they just keep growing and getting into more and more stuff. So with that we bumped up their site with a complete over haul with better navagation. More information on the frontpage and events,post and fights moving from all locations. We even built in the ability to advertise with the big guys and pick up marketing with Movie and TV groups. The site highlights 6 years of photos and history of the local High Desert MMA Fighters. Some have even moved on to win chapionships throughout the world. So each tme they need more information or a new way to dish it out they come to us to create a new look.

Flipside Church website
Flipside Church is in Rancho Cucamonga and the leadership of this church is very much into computers and social media. So with the design of the new church site we took social media as a major design integration. This allowed them to post sermons with embedded video, mp3 files of the message and pdf homework, all on their sermon page. Now with a click of a facebook or google+ button these items can be shared with their friends and family.
We even set up facebook pages for each ministry and then integrated them into the site allowing only those in leadership to be able to post to these pages. But this allows for them to post important information when ever they want even from their phones.
We also incorporated Google Calendar and PayPal links to allow for futher info and ease for those vistiting the site. Because church sites can become so large we love using WordPress as our CMS because is allow the flexibility to design and grow as the ministry does.
